Our Mission
AIHP-FI’s mission is to systematically inform, rigorously document, and elevate international awareness of human rights violations and breaches of international laws and standards, particularly in the fields of medicine and public health.
We are committed to exposing injustices, amplifying the voices of affected communities, and promoting accountability, transparency, and adherence to ethical principles in order to strengthen health system standards worldwide.
Core Initiatives
Our work is guided by Maryam Rajavi's 10-Point Plan for Iran's Future, the National Council of Resistance of Iran's vision for a free, democratic, and just society.
Popular Sovereignty
The velayat-e faqih system of absolute clerical rule must end. Iran's future must be determined by the people through universal suffrage and genuine political pluralism in a democratic republic.
Fundamental Freedoms
Citizens must enjoy full freedom of speech, press, assembly, political organization, and internet access. The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), Qods Force, Bassij militia, Ministry of Intelligence, and all suppressive institutions must be permanently dissolved.
Universal Rights
Individual and social freedoms must align with the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, including justice for massacred political prisoners. All censorship agencies must be disbanded, torture prohibited, and the death penalty abolished.
Secular Governance
Religion and state must be completely separated. All citizens must have freedom to practice their faith or no faith without government interference.
Gender Equality
Women must have complete equality in all political, social, cultural, and economic spheres, including leadership positions. Women must have the right to choose their clothing, freely marry and divorce, and access education and employment without any form of discrimination or exploitation.
Independent Judiciary
Iran needs an independent legal system meeting international standards with presumption of innocence, right to counsel, public trials, and appeals. Islamic Revolutionary Courts must be dissolved and Sharia law abolished in favor of judges with full independence.
Ethnic Autonomy
Iranian ethnic groups and nationalities, including Kurdistan, must have autonomy and freedom from discrimination. Historic injustices against minority communities must be acknowledged and remedied.
Economic Justice
All Iranians deserve equal employment and entrepreneurship opportunities in a free market economy. The rights of workers, farmers, nurses, teachers, and retirees must be fully restored and protected.
Environmental Protection
Iran's devastated environment must be rehabilitated and protected. Decades of ecological destruction under the current regime must be reversed through comprehensive environmental policies.
Peaceful Coexistence
Iran must become a non-nuclear nation free of weapons of mass destruction. The country should pursue peace, regional cooperation, and constructive international engagement.
